Description

Saying Goodbye, Saying Hello
We all have times in our lives when we have to let go of something we love; a person, a place, or simply a moment in time we’re savoring. At the same time, if we look carefully, there is always something new on the horizon that we can greet with curiosity and an open heart.

This will be my last workshop for Wellness Within. I’ve so enjoyed my time here and I’ve been honored to work with everyone who has come to these Expressive Arts Workshops. I invite you to my last workshop. We’ll be making accordion books using words, collage materials and much more.

A note about Art Therapy:

One of the best things about art therapy is that you don’t have to be an artist to do it. It’s a tool, a vehicle for expression. Activities are simple and as long as you can use a scissors and glue stick, you will be successful. And you’ll have fun.

The benefits of art therapy vary from person to person. You can explore and gain insights as you travel your path. Art making can facilitate acceptance of life’s challenges and at the same time reduces anxiety, depression and pain. Who doesn’t want that?
