This is a virtual class on Zoom.
The purpose of the club is for like minded people to share their insight, opinions and current conditions that one found beneficial from the book readings. It is faciliated by a Wellness Within ambassador, Jan Heckey. All cancer survivors and care partners are welcome and you can join anytime.
The current book is Happiness: Essential Mindfulness Practices by Tich Nhat Hanh.
