Admission
- Free
Description
This class is hybrid, with an option to join online or in-person at Wellness Within
About the Event:
This group experience welcomes caregivers of loved ones facing any type or stage of cancer. Come together to share experiences, ideas, and empowering practices for coping with caring for and supporting a loved one during uncertain times.
This group is a safe space to be present with emotions, connect with and learn from others, share experiences without judgement, and build community. This is a discussion group- participants will explore topics coming up for them in their daily lives as caregivers.
Our classes and programs are funded by grants, sponsors, donors and clients who are paying it forward. Cancer can be expensive; we do not want finances to be a barrier to accessing our valuable programming. Pay-as-you-can with a suggested donation amount per class of $10-$25.
