Join us for a one-day retreat centered on connection. This gathering is designed to support those navigating cancer and life beyond it, caregivers and support people welcome.

Lunch is provided.

Settle into a deeply relaxing experience designed to calm the nervous system. Facilitated by Alison Clement.

Zentangle® Session
Elizabeth Silva will help us close out the retreat with this meditative practice. No experience necessary.

Our programs are funded by grants, sponsors, donors and clients who are paying it forward. Cancer can be expensive; we do not want finances to be a barrier to accessing our valuable programming. To ensure accessibility, a $25 donation is appreciated but not required for this event.
