About the Class:
This meditation practice will guide you in using your breath to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, creating a sense of calm and reconnecting you to yourself. As you settle in, you may notice thoughts rising and falling. Please know that this is completely normal. Gently returning your attention to the rhythm of your breath will help bring you back to your center. Over time, this practice will support greater nonreactivity, allowing you to pause, breathe, and move through challenging moments and conversations, proceeding, both within yourself and others, with more clarity and ease.
